Susan R. Crandall
In public safety technology, trust, privacy, and policy shape every buying decision. Strategy has to account for all three.
Susan Crandall founded FiveOh Group to give public safety technology companies the kind of senior counsel that is hard to find in one person: a marketing executive, a product strategist, and a licensed attorney with legislative affairs experience.
She has served as Chief Marketing Officer at LeoSight, Clearview AI, and Rekor Systems. At Vigilant Solutions and DRN she led marketing and legislative affairs through the companies' $445MM acquisition by Motorola Solutions, then led global marketing for Motorola's Software Enterprise division. Earlier, she spent more than a decade in leadership roles across two LexisNexis divisions: LexisNexis Risk Solutions, in government and public safety marketing and global brand, and LexisNexis Legal & Professional, in government market strategy and law enforcement publications, online and in print.
She builds marketing organizations from the ground up, runs marketing and sales as one team, and turns complex AI and data platforms into stories agencies understand and trust.
